Glimmer Debrief
The Glimmer Debrief is a guided conversation designed to help you make sense of what's emerging. While it builds on the Glimmer Snapshot™, it isn't limited to it. This is a space to think clearly, explore patterns, and reflect on what matters most, without pressure to decide anything next.
What the Debrief is
The Snapshot brings clarity to what's present.
The Debrief is where understanding deepens.
This is not a walkthrough of results, it's a structured conversation that helps you connect what you're noticing to the context of your work, your leadership, and your life.
We focus on perspective rather than prescriptions, and on meaning rather than momentum.
What the conversation is like
The conversation is guided, but not scripted. We start with what stood out to you, rather than working through a checklist or report.
You're not being evaluated, and there's nothing you're expected to decide. The aim is to slow things down enough to see patterns, tensions, and priorities more clearly.
Some people leave with a greater sense of direction. Others leave with better questions. Both are valid outcomes.
What it is - and what it isn't
The Glimmer Debrief is a reflective, one-to-one conversation grounded in your Snapshot and your current reality.
It is not a coaching package, a diagnosis, or a performance review.
It is a space to explore assumptions, competing demands, and underlying patterns.
It is not about being fixed, optimised, or pushed toward action.
When a Debrief is useful
The Debrief can be helpful if you've completed the Snapshot and found yourself thinking about it afterwards. If themes keep resurfacing, if something feels familiar but hard to name, or if you're unsure what to do with what comes up.
It may not be useful if you're looking for quick answers, external validation, or a prescribed next step.
There's no expectation that a Debrief leads anywhere else. Some conversations stand on their own. Others open the door to deeper work. That choice is always yours.
