The GLIMMER Method™
The GLIMMER Method™ brings together the areas that most influence how high-performing women experience success, pressure, and fulfilment. It exists to make sense of complexity, not by simplifying it, but by holding the right elements together.
How the method came about
I experienced the frustration and burnout myself. The pressure to perform, the constant juggling, the feeling of pushing hard while something quietly eroded underneath.

As I went along, I found ways to cope and manage better. Not perfectly, but more sustainably. That experience led me to deliberately train and certify in the areas I believed would genuinely help. Productivity and focus. Stress management. Mindset and purpose. Leadership and career development. Self-awareness and identity.

When I later took a step back. I noticed others struggling with the same things. Different roles, different industries, but the same underlying patterns,

The GLIMMER Framework™ brings those components together. It reflects what supported real change for me, and what consistently supports others navigating ambition, pressure, and complexity.
The seven pillars of the GLIMMER Framework™
The seven pillars are not abstract ideas or theoretical categories.

Each one reflects an area I worked on personally, then studied in depth, and now work with regularly in coaching. They capture the places where high-performing women most often get stretched, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.

Growth through self-awareness.
Leading with vision & purpose.
Inner mindset.
Meaningful career and leadership.
Managing stress and restoring balance.
Effectiveness and focus.
Resilience and energy.

Individually, these areas are familiar. Most people have worked on one or two of them at some point. The difference is holding them together.

How the framework guides the work
The GLIMMER Framework™ reflects the areas I actively work on in coaching, informed not just by training, but by lived experience.

I know what it's like to function at a high level while quietly running on empty. To manage competing demands. To keep performing while something feels increasingly unsustainable. That experience shapes how I work with clients.

When high-performing women come into coaching, strain usually shows up in one or more of the same areas. Mindset. Energy. Effectiveness. Identity. Leadership. Balance. The framework helps identify where support is most needed, and which coaching discipline will be most useful in that moment.

Each pillar is backed by specific coaching tools and methodologies drawn from my training across productivity coaching, stress management, mindset and purpose work, leadership and career coaching, and self-awareness practices. Combined with lived understanding, this allows the work to be practical, focused, and human.

We don't work on everything at once. We work where it matters most.
A contained space for clarity
The GLIMMER Framework™ is designed to be a contained, supportive space.
A place to pause, take stock, and make sense of what's been difficult to hold on your own.

You don't need to have answers. Or a plan. Or a clear direction.
The framework simply offers structure when things feel unclear, and steadiness when everything feels in motion.

Some people spend a short time here. Others return to it as their circumstances change. Both are valid.
